Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days
If you order early Monday-Saturday (until 3pm) you will receive your delivery in the next 2 weekdays. If you place your order after 8 p.m. 15 Monday-Saturday or on a Sunday you will receive your delivery three working days after the order day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
In the table below you can see the delivery time for all different delivery methods. The delivery time is indicated in the number of working days. For deliveries north of postal code area 82 (the Östersund region), as well as islands without a bridge connection, the delivery time is extended by one working day.

In your order confirmation, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time for your order. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the current stock status of the products in the order and the chosen shipping method.
When your order is then sent from us you will receive a delivery message to the e-mail address entered at the time of order. The delivery note contains information about which items in your order were sent, with the corresponding parcel number.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail as usual. When your parcels leave the warehouse, you receive a separate mail with shipping ID for each parcel. Use that ID number to track your order with postnord.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We include all the taxes in our prices
If the product is damaged during shipping, we recommend that you report it immediately to our Customer Service. In order for us to be able to claim the damage, we need to report the damage to the carrier within 1-3 * days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time. We will arrange a new delivery free of charge for you as a customer so that you get a flawless product. If the shipping damage is visible on the outer packaging, it is important to point this out when receiving the package. In order for the complaint against the carrier to be handled correctly, you must save the packaging, the address tag and any pallet that came with the damaged shipping shipment.
If an order is incorrectly dispatched, we recommend that you notify our Customer Service as soon as possible. A new correct delivery will then be delivered to you immediately without extra charge.
