We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

– The item must have been sold on our online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
– The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

We will send your package with PostNord and you can choose the postal agent that suits you best. You do this in step two of your order.

Once the package has been delivered and can be retrieved, you will receive a confirmation email. If you entered a telephone number at checkout or under “My user details, you will also receive an SMS with the information you need to collect your package.

After seven days you will receive an avi in the mailbox. If the package is not collected within 14 days, it is automatically returned to Prince Pato Collections.

Don’t forget to include valid IDs such as ID, driver’s license or passport and shipping ID / package number when you pick up your package.

Within 24 hours you can see the status of the package in your user account. You can also fill in the shipping ID you receive when ordering on PostNord’s website.

You as a customer can make a size request and receive an automatic e-mail from us if your size becomes available again.

2. Payment (6)

European payment service rules are amended to make it safer for you to pay by card. When you place an order after September 14, you will be asked to authenticate the payment via 3D Secure. The process is called different things based on the type of card you use, e.g. Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey.

What do I need to do?

If you have not already done so, you will need to register your debit card for 3D Secure. Most banks offer their customers to do this via the internet. Visit your bank’s website for more information.

If you have already registered your card for 3D Secure, or have already used it, you do not need to register again. However, your bank may have created a whole new process to improve your payment experience. Some banks have developed a new smartphone app specifically for this. Contact your bank for more information.

To make payment easy on your next order, we recommend that you get started with 3D Secure before your next card purchase via the internet.

What’s changing?

You may have been asked to authenticate a payment with 3D Secure earlier when you paid over the Internet, but the new rules mean new processes with better security and easier ways to authenticate.

For certain payment methods, especially payment against invoice, we are responsible for the cost of the order until you as a customer pay us back with your transfer. Because of this, we want to ensure that every transaction is safe for both you and us.

There may be several reasons why your preferred payment method may not be available for your order:

Delivery and invoice address do not match. If you have selected a postal agent as the delivery address, this may have stopped the payment option invoice from being available.
The combination of name and address is incorrect. This can happen because of, for example, misspellings, change of address or marriage.
We also consider the cost of each payment method. In some cases, a certain payment option may involve higher costs, more returns or greater risks for us. When we adjust the payment methods, this helps us reduce the number of returns, which makes the whole process more environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
You may still have open invoices with us? If you have already transferred the payment or submitted a return, it is possible that we have not yet been able to register these in our system.
Like other platforms and stores, we use independent credit institutions to help us evaluate your credit rating. In rare cases, their data may prevent your chosen payment method for certain orders.
Parince Pato Collections reserves the right to decline payment methods when ordering.

What can I do if a payment method is not offered?

If you have orders with unpaid amounts, please check and adjust them. You can also check that the delivery and invoice address match when you place an order.

We kindly ask you to note that our customer service has no way to change the payment methods available to you at checkout.

To keep your data and information private, we also cannot find out why a certain payment method is not offered.

At prince pato collections we offer several ways to shop. Our customers have the opportunity to pay by card or Pay pal, or directly on cards with the clear or to split the payment with the klarna. You can read our full terms and conditions for payment solutions in the Terms of Purchase.

Debit/Credit Card Payment

With us you can pay conveniently and securely by bank or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your card will be charged when your order leaves our warehouse. If you return an item, the amount will be returned to your account again.

Your card details are transmitted via encrypted SSL procedure. This high security standard means that you pay securely with cards at Prince Pato Collections.

PayPal

With us you can pay via PayPal. In the ordering process you are automatically linked to it. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can either log in as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As soon as your payment has been registered with us, which usually takes a few minutes, we start packing your order. Of course, you will receive an order confirmation from us.

Please note that it is not possible to pay an order with prepayment or invoice via PayPal, as this cannot be linked in our system.

If you return an item, the amount will be returned to your PayPal account again.

Intallment payment

With Klarna, you can pay directly from your bank card, your bank or pay later in 14 day or 30 days after delivery.

Our standard delivery is free, as long as you meet the lowest order value of SEK 699.00.

Should your order be below that amount, a shipping cost of SEK 49.00 will be added.

At a Return, a charge of SEK 69 is deducted from your refund (exchanges are completely free).
We also offer express delivery for SEK 129 to most addresses in Sweden.

You can track your package through your user account. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order has left our warehouse before you can track your package.

You will receive an email when your package leaves our warehouse and a new email or SMS (if you have entered your mobile number under your user details) when the package can be retrieved. If you do not pick up your package within two days, you will receive a reminder by e-mail or SMS and will not collect it after seven days a mail will be sent to your home. If the package has not been collected within 14 days, it will be returned to us.

Don’t forget to include valid IDs such as ID, driver’s license or passport and shipping ID / package number when you pick up your package.

You have the same return and exchange right on underwear and swimwear as on all other items at prince pato collections

If the clothing comes in its own packaging you have the right to open it, and try the clothes as long as the packaging is reclosable. Just remember that the garments should be tested with underwear for hygiene reasons. If there is protective plastic or labels on the garment, please ensure that they remain on return.

Did you happen to order the wrong or did you regret it? You can cancel individual items or the entire order as long as we have not shipped it yet. It is not possible to add new goods to your order once it is done. You can instead place another order.

1. Start by clicking on “My Orders” in your user account.
2. Then select “View or Undo Order”.
3. Click “Undo whole order” to cancel the entire order or “Remove item” to cancel individual items from the order. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

Refund?
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, the invoice will be adjusted automatically. In case of card payment, the reservation is canceled, and the money is available on your card within a few days. A PayPal order will be refunded in just a few hours. Have you canceled an advance payment order where you have already paid for your order? If so, please contact our customer service so that we can refund you.

Keep in mind the following:
The menu items “Remove item” and “Undo order” are only active for a limited time. After that, you can no longer change or cancel your order.
You cannot undo a cancellation. However, you can place a new order at any time.
Orders where you have used a discount code can only be canceled in full.
If you want to undo one or more partner products, the entire order must be canceled. Individual partner goods cannot be undone.

Should you receive an item of a different size than you ordered – do not hesitate to try it before returning the item. The size of the garment may be the same as you ordered, with the difference that it is labeled according to the manufacturer’s size dimensions.

How do I see the size of the manufacturer?
Go to the product page for the item and click on “Manufacturer Sizes” above the size menu.
Choose your desired size.
If you now click on “EU” you will see the corresponding EU size. The size of the manufacturer will be the one in stock

You can redeem your gift card in two different ways:

Log in to your user account at Prince pato. Go to “My Gift Cards”. Here you enter the code from your gift card and your credit is charged with the amount of the gift card.
After registering the gift card through your user account, you can choose to pay with the credit in the cashier’s step “Payment method”.

RANGE YOUR GIFT CARD

You can also redeem the code from the gift card in the last step of the ordering process. Enter your gift card code in the “Discount code or gift card” field and click on “Redeem code”. The amount is then deducted directly from the purchase price.
After registering the gift card through your user account, you can choose to pay with the credit in the cashier’s step “Payment method”.
Remember that the gift card must be used before you complete your order.

Our gift cards have unlimited validity and are also not tied to specific brands, categories or promotions. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Upon return, the gift card amount will be credited to your credit account and can be used again for the next order.
